 Why Holistic Darling?

I love holistic methods, and I am sure there are many others out there too that are becoming more conscious of the foods and products we use on a daily basis.

Let’s be honest, sometimes it can be challenging in this modern day world, with so many distractions and products of convenience. It is so easy to pop a painkiller for a headache rather than choose an alternative method. It is easy to apply a store purchased face mask that may have multiple hidden toxic chemicals, rather than create our own. But it is our responsibility to take charge and be accountable for our bodies.

The majority of the time, people are just unaware of alternative options and just go with what they know. I get it, I understand. However, I plan to inform you of alternative options, and as I find new methods and tips each day, I plan to share them with you all.

I am a strong believer in the power of foods & holistic living. I am a walking testimony. Holistic methods have changed my life so much. Since going vegan, I have received so many questions about my lifestyle, holistic living & beauty methods. I am constantly trying new vegan recipes, searching for holistic alternatives, and mixing natural remedy concoctions in the kitchen like a mad scientist.

I believe knowledge applied is power and in the words of the great Maya Angelou,

“I did then what I knew how to do. Now that I know better, I do better.”
