CousCous (My fav is giant grain cous cous)
Coconut Milk (for drinking)
Oils & Dressings:
Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother’ (only use ACV that contains Mother)
Nuts & Seeds:
Peppermint Tea (evvvvvery single variation you know I am obsessed with mint tea)
I know you’re probably thinking Lex, where’s the Quinoa?? But the truth is I am yet to taste a dish with it in that I actually enjoy, maybe in future, this will change but as of right now 5 years in I hate it lol.
But Lex I hear you say again, where the tofu? Again it’s not one of my favourites. If somebody else’s is cooking it, it’s delicious. But for some reason when I cook it, it turns into scrambled egg. I know, I know it’s because there’s too much moisture in it and you’re supposed to leave it to dry, I have been told many times… but who has time that? I don’t just being honest🤷🏾♀️
